EasyRM CSV Export Filter 1.06 Release February 2002

The EasyRM CSV Export Filter is a user-level EasyRM component which allows exporting glossary terms and requirements from EasyRM models into the comma-separated text files. These files can than be imported by a variety of third-party applications, including MS Access, MS Excel, etc.

The EasyRM CSV Export Filter offers the following features to the customer:

• Selective export of project terms and requirements. You can export an entire project glossary or requirement set, or chose any subset of the project glossary or requirement set to export.
• Flexible export format - you can specify which properties of exported elements shall be included into the export and in what order they should appear..
• Annotations allows to make export files more human-readable..
• Associations between exported elements can also be included into the export, thus increasing its consistency.
• Export format management allows you to save frequently used export formats for future use.

Demo vs. Full operation mode

The EasyRM CSV Export Filter operates in Demo mode until you acquire and enter a valid license key for it. In this mode, you cannot export more than 10 model elements (i.e. glossary terms or requirements) at a time.

To acquire and enter a valid license key for the EasyRM CSV Export Filter:

1. Visit the Shop section of this web site to purchase a license key for the EasyRM CSV Export Filter 1.06. If you want to use the EasyRM CSV Export Filter on more than one computer, you will need to purchase a corresponding number of license keys for it.
2. Start the EasyRM License Manager. If necessary, you may need to download and install the EasyRM License Manager first.
3. Use the EasyRM License Manager to enter your CustomerID (you will be issued one automatically) and the EasyRM CSV Export Filter 1.06 license key.

After having completed the procedure specified above, the EasyRM CSV Export Filter will switch to the Full mode, in which its full functionality is available.
