EasyRM GlossaryBook Report 1.06 Release February 2002

The EasyRM GlossaryBook Report is a user-level EasyRM component which allows generation of reports from project-spoecific dictionaries of terms and phrases.

The EasyRM GlossaryBook Report offers the following features to the customer:

• Generation of web-ready reports on glossary terms and phrases. You can generate a report from an entire project distionary, or chose any subset of the dictionary to generate a report from.
• Flexible organization of reports - you can make the report to reflect glossary structure, order terms and phrases alphabetically, etc.
• Inclusion of information about relationships between glossary terms into the reports. You can even use the corresponding hyperlinks to navigate from one portion of a report to another, associated, portion.
• Report QuickView feature allows you to view the report as it is generated.

Demo vs. Full operation mode

The EasyRM GlossaryBook Report operates in Demo mode until you acquire and enter a valid license key for it. In this mode, the reports created by the EasyRM GlossaryBook Report have a noice messages of the style "This report has been generated by a demo version of the report generator" at their beginning and end.

To acquire and enter a valid license key for the EasyRM GlossaryBook Report:

1. Visit the Shop section of this web site to purchase a license key for the EasyRM GlossaryBook Report 1.06. If you want to use the EasyRM GlossaryBook Report on more than one computer, you will need to purchase a corresponding number of license keys for it.
2. Start the EasyRM License Manager. If necessary, you may need to download and install the EasyRM License Manager first.
3. Use the EasyRM License Manager to enter your CustomerID (you will be issued one automatically) and the EasyRM GlossaryBook Report 1.06 license key.

After having completed the procedure specified above, the EasyRM GlossaryBook Report will switch to the Full mode, in which its full functionality is available.
